The 5-star graded Blinkwater Villa is a beautiful, contemporary 4 bedroom holiday Villa, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Camps Bay, just a short walk from the beachfront with bustling shops and restaurants. The main living area of the Villa is open plan. The kitchen features state of the art appliances and has a separate scullery out of sight. A breakfast bar overlooks the living room, which is furnished with custom pieces and state of the art electronics. Gorgeous, slate tiles extend the length of the living room and lead out to the large, sea facing swimming pool and patio area. Opening the large sliding doors blends the stylish patio with the inside of the villa. The ground floor, master bedroom is spacious with ample cupboard space and open plan bathroom. The bedroom leads out onto the pool area and enjoys beautiful views of Lions Head and the bay. The second, ground floor bedroom also features an open plan bathroom and opens up onto an enclosed courtyard with beautiful vertical garden and seating area. The two remaining bedrooms are on the upper level of the Villa. Both bedrooms are sea facing and are virtually mirror imaged. Each has a separate bathroom with spacious shower. The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining and lounge area tastefully decorated. The brand new kitchen is open plan to the lounge and dining area and is equipped with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. The lounge opens up on a patio with seating and is equipped with a Weber barbecue. From here, facing the open field of the Camps Bay Sports Club, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean.
The two bedrooms lead of a passage way from the lounge. The main bedroom with queen size bed has an en-suite family bathroom with shower and bath. This bedroom is fitted with a large fan. From the main bedroom doors lead to another patio fitted with sunbeds. The second bedroom has a double bed with a separate toilet and basin. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom with bath. All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with block out blinds.
